AfriOne Refund And Returns Policy

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

    • Full Name
    • Contact Information
    • Transaction ID/Invoice Number
    • Service/Product Purchased
    • Reason for Refund Request
  2. Verification: AfriOne will review the request, verify the transaction, and assess eligibility.
  3. Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

4.2 Payment Gateway Refunds

Refunds processed through Flutterwave (our payment gateway partner) may take additional time depending on the bank or financial institution involved. Processing fees may be deducted as per Flutterwave’s policies.


5. Refund for Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (e.g., property listings, membership plans, or recurring services), refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made before the renewal period. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
